Registration for JemCon 2025 is now open!

JemCon 2025 Culture Clash in Charlotte will take place September 5th through September 7th 2025 at the Embassy Suites by Hilton in Charlotte, NC.

You can register for JemCon 2025 by completing the form here!

Standard Pricing for JemCon 2025 (for those registering before July 31st, 2025):

• Full Weekend (Fri-Sun): $75

• Single Day (Sat or Sun): $50

• Child (6-12 years old): 50% discount on adult pricing

• Child (5 and under): FREE

• Supporting Membership : $75 + Shipping

  • Shipping costs: $10 for US, $20 for everywhere else

• Souvenir fashions and TLS dolls are sold out.

Please note you are welcome to request an invoice, but an invoice is not required to submit payment for any aspect of JemCon.

Any and all paid elements of JemCon, including registrations, souvenir fashions, TLS dolls, farewell dinner, and vendor tables, are not considered finalized until payment is received in full.

Please submit payment along with a detailed memo indicating what you are purchasing in the comments to ensure your request is processed in a timely manner.

If you're unsure if payment has been sent/received please check your PayPal, email or message us. All elements of JemCon are made available on a first come first serve basis pending payment.

After completing the registration form, please send payment via PayPal. Otherwise we will send you an invoice.
