VENDOR SPOTS ARE NOW OPEN!!

On behalf of the entire JemCon 2025 staff, we are delighted that you are considering attending as a vendor. Year after year our attendees look forward to the vendor room where they can reminisce about their childhood, mingle with other fans, and purchase some goodies to enjoy long after the weekend is over.

Whether you’re an artist, comic book dealer, do custom dolls/doll clothes, or own a vintage toy shop, a vendor table at JemCon 2025 is the perfect way to connect with fans of the 80s and partake in a truly outrageous weekend. If you’ve been trying to sell that rare doll or vintage toy or simply showcase your artistic talents, then this is the place for you!

Only authorized vendors may sell items at the convention hotel, so sign up early to ensure you have a spot.

The following information will help you make the most of your JemCon vendor experience:

When: JemCon 2025: Culture Clash in Charlotte will take place September 5th-7th, 2025

Where: JemCon 2025 will take place at the Embassy Suites located in Charlotte, NC. Check out our HOTEL page for more details.

We have access to the rooms at 9 am Friday so vendors can set up any time Friday

Vendor requests are handled on a first come, first serve basis. Final vendor selection determined by JemCon staff (based on availability and type of merchandise being sold)
