We are thrilled to announce that JemCon 2025 Culture Clash in Charlotte will take place September 5th through September 7th 2025 at the Embassy Suites by Hilton in Charlotte, NC.
Our group has reserved a block of rooms at discounted rates specifically for JemCon attendees.
There are both King room suites starting at $164 a night plus tax and 2x Queen room suites starting at $174 a night plus tax. The hotel will charge an additional $10 per person per night for any rooms over double occupancy with a maximum of six people per room.
Our room rates are valid for up to three days prior to JemCon and three days after JemCon if you wish to extend your visit.
We recognize that the cost of attending JemCon can be a deterrent for many. Every year our staff works hard to find the best hotel property for our group that has all the amenities we need at an affordable rate.
While these hotel rates may be slightly higher than in previous years, we feel the included amenities* at this hotel will offset the nominal increase.
*Included Amenities:
- All rooms are two-room suites with a separate living room and bedroom.
- All suites come equipped with microwaves, refrigerators, and coffee makers.
- Complimentary hot, cooked-to-order breakfast is included each morning for all overnight guests.
- Each evening there’s a Manager's Reception from 6:00-7:30 with complimentary drinks and light snacks for guests to enjoy.
- Complimentary shuttle service to and from Charlotte Douglas International Airport.
- Onsite overnight parking available for $10/night.

We do hope you will plan ahead and reserve your room early as we’ve sold out in recent years. Hotel rooms will be reserved until August 15th 2025 or until the block sells out. Additional rooms may be added pending hotel availability which JemCon has no control over so please plan ahead!!
As an added incentive there will be truly outrageous prize incentives for attendees who reserve their rooms by July 31st 2025 (same day as the early bird registration cut off for JemCon).
New for 2025 This is Farewell Dinner Reception on Sunday
To negotiate an affordable meeting room rental for JemCon our group has a catering quota to satisfy. One of the many highlights of JemCon is grabbing dinner with other attendees after the weekend’s activities. This can be a challenge given the large number of people to accommodate.
To ensure we satisfy our catering minimum and provide additional options for attendees we will be coordinating a dinner at the hotel to be held on site Sunday, September 7th at 6:30 pm EST after closing ceremonies and clean up.
The event will take place in the same meeting space as JemCon so you don’t have to even leave the hotel! Imagine having a delicious dinner with fellow attendees without figuring out the logistics of where everyone will go!
Please note the pricing is set by the hotel, which JemCon has no control over. Attendees will need to register and pay for their dinner separately from JemCon registration as the dinner is a separate cost not included with registration.
Menu specifics will be finalized closer to the weekend’s events but for planning and budgeting purposes we anticipate each meal to cost approximately $55 a person plus service fees and taxes.
Our dinner will be buffet style featuring salads, main entrees with sides, dessert, and non-alcoholic beverages.
The hotel has assured us that the buffet will include vegetarian, vegan, and gluten free options. If you have specific dietary needs or concerns, please let us know in your registration. The hotel can prepare a separate, plated dinner for you by request.
Attendees can also enjoy complimentary alcoholic beverages via the evening manager’s reception from 6:00-7:30 each night.
